WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

Cub Porn, Cub Nudity, Loli/Shota, Scat, Vomit, Farting/Gas, ABDL/diapers, Hyper/Extreme Fat Furs, Extreme Muscle Furs, Extreme Inflation, Internal Vore Shots, Same Size Vore, Cock/Ass/Vagina Vore, Unbirthing, Slob, Smelly/Dirty Feet, Vehicles (planes/cars/motorcycles/etc), Noncon (dubcon or consensual noncon is negotiable)

What I Will Draw

Outside of anything not listed above, I'm pretty open to ideas.

What I'm Quite Good At

I enjoy characters of all sorts that seem to fall on the "pretty" or “cute” spectrum.

Now and then, I also dabble in more violent themes like blood play, biting/marking, knives, and general gore - so if that interests you, bring me your ideas! Again, no judgment.

Species: humans/humanoids, mammalian furries, Nagas, taurs (including Chakats)

Theme: BDSM (all kinds), contortion, paws, pinups, adult scenarios, romantic/sweet scenarios, slice of life, venting/personal/emotional art, humor, expressions, and That Ass.

What I'm Pretty Good At

Lightly muscled bodies, scalie and avian characters, micro, unusual species, unusual or modified bodies (multiple limbs, headless, twisted torsos, etc), ocean mammals (orcas, whales, etc.), cute/sexy outfit design

What I'm Not Good At

Macro/giants, super-muscular bodies, mecha/steampunk (robots, robotic arms/legs, etc.), firearms, and vehicles (cars, planes, motorcycles, etc).

Client Contact

If someone becomes non-responsive (more than a few weeks), they're bumped off my queue, and put back on the bottom the next time they contact me.

Payment Options

I strongly prefer Paypal.

However, I will also accept CashApp or Amazon gift cards in a pinch.

Payment Plans

I will allow payment plans for commissions over $50 if needed.
I require half up front, and the rest over an agreed upon length of time.
**Note: I will only draw up a clean sketch, and will not finish it until the second half is fully paid.
I know art can be expensive, and if you're a repeat, reliable customer, I will try my best to work with you.

Refunds

I can do full refunds ONLY if there is 0% progress on your art.
If work, any work at all, has been done on your commission, you will be partially refunded for the work I have done so I’m compensated for my time.

Turnaround Time

Unless I specifically mention a time frame, please assume that you will be waiting 2-8 weeks to receive your commission.

Rush Jobs

Definition: Commission/s expected to be completed in a week or less.

Fee: 10% of total (non-refundable)

Private Commissions

Definition: Commission/s I cannot show or upload onto the internet.

Fee: 20% of total (non-refundable)

Not being able to share my work automatically costs me advertising and networking opportunities, so please respect my decision to charge an extra fee to keep it private.
If you don't pay the fee, then I will be posting it online. I respect your right to privacy, but please respect my right to show the art I worked hard to create.

Private Discord Streams

Fee: $25 per hour (min. 2 hours)

For those who prefer a solo stream to watch me work on their commission/s, private streams (via Discord call) can be scheduled through Discord DMs or Notes on Furaffinity for the listed hourly rate.

Designing a Character for You

Fee: 25% of total

Includes WIPs and three minor edits to design. Once I have gotten to the flat-color stage, no design edits can be made.

Working from a Written Description

Fee: 10% of total

Please make sure that everything is described clearly, and that any specific photo references needed (tattoos, jewelry, outfits, weapons, body type) are included.

Changes to a Commission Idea

You have the option to change your idea IF:

A character relationship change has happened.
I have not started on it.

You may not change said idea if I have started your commission.*

*Unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to start over; the price may vary on how far I am into the commission. You can either go with what you have, get a partial refund, or pay the fees for a do-over. Also, if you change your idea to a more complicated image, be prepared to pay extra for additional items and effort.

Works in Progress (WIPs)

Offline commissions (including YCHs and Sketchpages): I will provide WIPs of the initial sketch stage and wait for your approval of each stage before continuing.

Stream commissions: None.

Ideally, you will be present in my stream to spot any errors or request edits; however, in the event that you aren't present, the commission will be entirely in my hands. Any changes desired will cost extra.

Your-Character-Here (YCH) Sales

Please do not bid or buy if you can't pay.

If the auction is 18+, then please don't buy if you are underage!

I will NOT block you if you have to withdraw a bid/buy (and contact me to say why), but if you flake on me without notice, I will block you and put you on my Client Beware list.

I understand that circumstances can change suddenly and I’m more than happy to allow some to take back their order, but ONLY if there is prompt communication.

Free Art (Freebies/Gifts/Raffle Prizes/Etc.)

In the event that you win free art, please do NOT bug me for updates or progress.

Paid work always comes before free work.

Requests and Trades

Not at this time.

Editing My Work

Please ask me before editing your purchased artwork (i.e. coloring a sketch), and please credit me as the artist if you post it anywhere - definitely do not claim it as your own after editing.
If you did not pay for the art, do NOT edit my art or I will report you.
Please do not hire another artist to color or otherwise alter my work without my clear written permission.

Uploading a Commission or Adoptable

If you commissioned it or purchased it, you can post it with full credit to me and a link to my page/site.
If I see it posted without credit, I will report you.

Note: Adoptable characters may be altered in any way once purchase is complete.

However, you may NOT alter the original artwork itself (or pay someone else to alter it).

My policy stands that if you purchase my art, you alone are entitled to only post it (with credit) or print it for your personal use.
You do not have the right to re-sell it in mass quantities, or to use it for selling on anything of any kind. I, the artist, also retain commercial rights to my art and all of its derivatives

My Rights as the Artist

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including offers of copyright purchase. I only accept buying rights to my art under very specific circumstances, so please don’t be offended if I turn you down.

I also reserve the right to terminate a commission in progress for any reason. In the event of a termination, the customer's money will be refunded (minus 10% of the total) and I retain all rights to any created work and can use/reuse it as I see fit.
